The start of a new year is a chance to pause, reflect, and realign. For me, the past few months were filled with food, wine, and unforgettable experiences (November through early January was a whirlwind!). But now, I’m ready to hit the reset button, and I encourage you to join me.

2025, I’m focusing on resetting in a way that feels balanced and intentional. This includes:

  • Cleansing and Nourishment: I’m prioritizing whole, nutritious meals to give my body what it needs to feel energized and supported.
  • Better Sleep: Rest is the cornerstone of recovery, and I’m working on building consistent bedtime routines to improve both my sleep quality and energy levels.
  • Accountability: I teamed up with a partner to set a 30-day goal. Having someone to check in with keeps me motivated and on track.

If you’re planning your own reset, consider this: wellness isn’t just about one thing—it’s about how everything works together. Bodywork, for example, can complement your efforts by improving circulation, reducing tension, and enhancing your overall recovery. Pair that with intentional movement, nourishing foods, and proper rest, and you’ve created a solid foundation for feeling your best.
