I am a singer, writer, food lover and semi-pro coffee drinker. I have worked at startups, large corporations, non-profits and taught high school. At every turn and every stop in life one thing remains consistent- I love helping people and seeing them soar. That’s who I am and that’s what I want to keep sharing with the world. 

I fell in love with bodywork more than 10 years ago while managing communications and teaching high school English at a private school. It not only boosted my immune system and helped with mental clarity, it provided me an avenue to explore the benefits of mindfulness and wellness practices   that were missing in the corporate spaces I had worked. 

I started Refresh Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork as a mobile service to help clients with stress reduction through massage therapy and it is growing into so much more. I now have a private practice in Vallejo, California near the Napa Valley where I specialize in Fascial Stretch Therapy, sports therapy, cupping and  stress reduction modalities. In addition to my private clients I work with NFL players and teams(previously worked with the Raiders and Cleveland Browns), professional baseball players, hospitals, major corporations and teach self-massage and breathing techniques for relaxation and focus.

Much like teaching English literature or working in marketing, my passion has been consistent   – help people realize the amazing power within so they can bless the world with their talent.
